We’re throwing a glamorous, mysterious, and hilarious fundraiser for damaged and at risk libraries. There will be live music, dancing, a raffle, a mystery to unwind, and more. Tickets are $10 at the door and all proceeds go to the NYLA Disaster Relief Fund. This fund pays benefits directly to libraries which have been hit with disasters.
It doesn’t matter if you are a steely-eyed gunsell, a world-weary flatfoot, or the seductive moll who keeps them jumping through hoops, this is the library party for you. You don’t even need to be a librarian to attend, everyone is welcome. Wear your best fedora, put on your smokiest voice and help libraries in trouble.
