Valerie Lewis will provide an overview of the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped Talking Book Service. This nation-wide library service (which has been around for 84 years) is designed for people with disabilities who cannot use traditional print materials. Anyone who cannot hold, handle or read a print book may be eligible to receive materials through this specialized library program.
