In response to the flooding and damage to libraries in Upstate New York by Tropical Storms Irene and Lee, Urban Librarians Unite hosted a Library Carnival Fundraiser at the NYLA Annual Conference. We were lucky enough to be able to raise $1000 for the NYLA Disaster Relief Fund. A big thanks to everyone who came out to support flooded libraries and play “Pin the Bun on the Librarian”!
